Paul was extremely helpful after I reached out about my car being disabled. He provided me with a number to call for a free tow to the McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. The car got to the dealership’s service center after closing. My plan was to go that following morning to pick up a loaner with Paul’s help. By the time I woke up, Paul had already reached out and let me know my car battery was replaced and the error codes were removed. He also had my car serviced (oil change, filter changed, wipers replaced, car and weather mats washed, and vacuumed) and ready by 9:30am! I ended up not evening needing a loaner! My experience with McGrath Acura of Morton Grove has always been OUTSTANDING, all thanks to Paul and his wonderful competent techs! Acura should recognize the amazing teamwork and exceptional customer service this dealership provides! I will be in the market to replace my husband’s car soon, and will definitely consider another Acura purchase since their service is second to none!

Paul was great. He provided a good service.
The quality of cleaning of the car was pretty bad. I’d say you should drop that service if you’re not planning to do a good job on it. The car was was washed, but top and rear was not cleaned at all. Inside there were white streaks on dashboard. I appreciate you cleaning the car, “for free” but doing such a bad job just leaves pretty poor impression. Also, if you can’t be bothered to do a good job on something really simple, are you really doing a good job on everything else?
