I was informed that it would take an hour for diagnostic. I even got a text that I would be kept updated via text messages. However. After an hour and 20 minutes I had to go up to service and ask for an update myself. And was informed that it’s taking longer. I am completely ok if I was kept informed. It took 2 hours for the entire process. The service facility was very busy. And I understand. But it should have been communicated.
