Awais provided good customer service on my latest visit. He got me checked in promptly and he was familiar with my car's history. He explained the recommended services very well and allowed me to review the reports to make an informed decision.

I was very satisfied wfh Paul as a service provider. He made sure that all the overdue services were done to my car. However, the problem I took the car in for has not been resolved since they could not find the reason for the strong smell of gasoline that I keep getting from my car. He suggested that as soon as it happens again, that I bring it back immediately. But again, Paul is very helpful and a delight to work with.

I didn’t appreciate the kind of customer service I received from Mr. Tran. He talked to me in an intimidating way, especially when I turned down the other services that he tried to offer. I repeated how many times that I only wanted an oil change because I did not have enough time for the other stuff, but he kept on insisting. He made me feel like I did not deserve to own an Acura car ‘coz I “refused to have the maintenance the car needed”. The other thing was, I asked him if I can also bring my CRV for oil change, & he said yes. I called my husband to bring in the CRV, but when my husband came with car, he initially said he couldn’t do it coz he still have 6 cars to do. Then I got upset, and tried CS, and then he decided to take it. The whole experience was just frustrating and annoying!

Basically, you did not fix the problem I had with my damaged blind spot sensor.and did not fix the problem.You told me my car was ready - this was just the normal service which was not the main reason I brought the car in. I only noticed you hadn’t fixed the blind spot when I got in the car to leave and saw the warning still on. I had to find the service tech to ask about it and was told you guy ms couldn’t fix it! Huh? I need body work on the car and was told that the body shop would fix the blind spot problem, today, I was told by the body shop that they could not guarantee they could fix that problem. What the heck? You guys should have fixed it or scheduled a time when you could fix it. This is my 6th Acura. I bought my first 5 at Pauly because their service was great. They would not have let me leave the dealership thinking my service was completed and would have made sure I had a way to fix the problem. I did not get this car from them because of I no longer live near them but I may be going back for my next car based on this experience.
