Awais constantly updated me of the progress on my vehicle and explained in detail what was done before be handed me back my keys. They did a great job washing the car too.

I was told that our car would be kept inside after I specifically asked about it since it was brought in for an issue with the battery. I was assured it would be since I would have come to pick it up on Saturday if it was not going to be kept inside. When I arrived Monday morning I discovered it had been left outside for two days in the frigid temps. Additionally, the hitch cover on the bumper is now missing. I realize the weather is brutal now, but we bought this car only a couple weeks ago and have been frustrated with the experience to date.
