I have worked with Paul Tran before and he is always professional and I enjoy working with him. While I know this is not Paul’s decision to make, I was disappointed that my oil change was not provided at no cost. I purchased the car almost September 1 2019 and to date only have 6700 miles. While I don’t expect the free oil changes to last for ever, I was advised months ago that a courtesy would be extended. I was out of town over two and one half months from December 2020 through the end of March 2021. With the limited miles in on the car, I hoped the accommodation would be made. I have been a customer since 2012 having bought the 2013 RDX. This is no reflection on Paul. He is always very helpful. Mark F
