Attempted to misrepresent condition of brake fluid based on prior appointment recommendations. Brake fluid replaced by a Honda dealership and was not contaminated as falsely stated. When presented with this information back peddled on false statements. Also doubt that tire pressure will maintain same pressure for six weeks irregardless of how tiny the nail piercing. Proceeded with alignment in spite of questioning service recommendations provided and also question whether discount applied based on internet cost range for this service The maximum was changed Confidence in service department reduced
