I brought in my car for a axle that just fell from me out of no where in a red light i appreciate that my coverage covered the axle but I had to tow my own car to the car dealer I live a hour away from the dealer second of alll The guy told me it needed a alignment but the coverage wouldn’t cover.. Third of all he told me that my Deductible was going to be $50 when my vehicle coverage paper it says zero dollars deductible why would I be paying $50 if my vehicle Coverage paper Says Zero dollar Deductible And nobody could explain why does my paper have zero dollar deductible..

Marc Nunez was good. He kept me informed of what was happening with my car. BUT the required repairs on my 2016 MDX were EXPENSIVE, $2500+. I’m a very loyal and frequent McGrath Service customer so the price tag took me aback. Sheesh!
