Paul did a terrific job helping me figure out what my car needed when I brought it in for service. He made it possible for me to have a rental car on such short notice at the start of a holiday weekend. He was quick to give me updates about my car and was able to explain everything with detail. He also was helpful when answering my questions to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be fixed and the total cost. Paul made my experience very positive and did a terrific job.
