Paul was great, but those handling washing my car did a horrible job. The car was brought to me looking as if the windows were left open when washing it. The car carpets were soaking wet underneath the weather Tech mats and bringing my car to me in that condition is just unacceptable. I took it back to them and complained. It was taken back again and looked like they tried to dry the interior off but carpets were wet(obviously). I had to take it home and remove the weather tech mats, opened all the windows and hoped it would dry the interior without any damp odor remaining. I should hope this won’t happen again to me or anyone else
