Mr . Paul Tran is dedicated, thorough and excellent. He should be commended.
The whole experience includes phone connection, and service team. I drove car back to dealer 2x yesterday. One was that I could not connect to Sirius XM or Am stations. This may have to be rebooted depending on work fine. The next was because carburetor light went on. So I returned to dealer with some concern. Mr. Tran is excellent. Outstanding. You need to have separate section for assessing service work done, Thank you.

Despite the good service, I am concerned that a 2021 RDX had a defective battery. The experience required multiple phone calls and a long delay in getting it towed to the dealership, not to mention the time I lost in seeing patients in my medical practice.
