The entire experience from calling in to retrieving my car was not easy and a struggle. First, you don't provide assessor's in Saturday forcing me to take off work and come Friday. I was told the car may be a day or two and that a loaner would be provided. I then had to play the game of begging for a mdx which I was servicing to accommodate my family over the day or two. When I arrived after pulling teeth to get information about the status of my car and the absolute needed services, Paul finally disclosed it would only be 1.5 hours and that I would have the car back. Paul, who can barely be heard, is less than pleasant, void of personality and doesn't know how to answer a direct question, made my ability to make decisions about service selections very difficult. Again, he wouldn't give me answers to my questions. When I finally retrieved my car, it still had the old sticker reminder and no new sticker reminder for a next oil change. Gosh I hope they actually did the oil change! The car wash was a drive by and didn't clean the front top or back if the car. The two front Matt's were wet so I presume they were washed at some level. The backseat floors and seats were filthy. The major issue of acceleration, lag and unprovoked deceleration we're not addressed. Again, Paul gave me half answers not comforting me that the issue was really addressed. I'm supposed to take my family in a long car trip across the country. I hope the car is safe and ready. Terrible experience!

I have always liked coming to the Acura dealer for service. Unfortunately in the recent days they have disappointed me to the point I will not be returning. I have been there twice and my car has still many problems. My advisor was rude and very unpleasant. I used to recommend Acura to my friends and family and I will never do that again. Their customer service went down hill. I understand my car needs repairs but I feel the prices quoted were not reasonable. Plus both times I was charged a diagnostic charge that should have been caught the first time. It seems like now they only car about how much money they make off the person verses building relationships

I was completely overcharged for my services. At 10k miles I didn’t need the work that was performed. Also the service person mentioned I could get a penalty fee if I didn’t do the work. I scheduled a simple oil change and left paying over $400. Very upset and will not go back for any work at the dealership.
