I was overcharged on labor for having a tire kit installed in my trunk. Paul did not explain it would cost that much($200) he said there would be a small install fee. I thought it would be no where near this much. I called a competitor and they said they would put a tire on the rim $20. Paul told me to sign the work order and have a seat and wait without explaining to me how expensive this was going to be. I would not have had this work done if I had known how much it was going to be. This is my first experience with this service dept and frankly I do not trust them. I’m worried about taking my car here for future service. I find how he handled this transaction to be extremely unprofessional and deceitful. Very unhappy customer here
