The person that was taking care of us for our oil change was okay, but someone called us to let us know that we needed additional work to be done on the car, we have our own mechanic who works on all of our cars. When we informed him of this, he came back at us with sarcasm. Not appreciated at all. I will take my business elsewhere if that happens again. Thank you

I was forced to wait over an hour before he came to tell me what the issue with my car was. I made an appointment I told them what the issue was. The diagnostic testing should have taken 15 minutes. I heard nothing. Finally I went back to complain still it took another 15 minutes for Carlos to come tell me what the problem was. It was a tire issue not very difficult. I am stunned at the complete lack of regard for my time. I will never bring my car in to your department and wait. There was zero communication which is completely unacceptable.
