Upon arrival I did not feel welcomed. I didn’t know exactly where to go it took a few minutes to get directed towards where to go. The service tech scolded me because I was unable to make it within the mileage. I have spent several thousands of dollars with McGrath- there is no reason for anyone to belittle my experience or make me feel inept. I planned on purchasing Acuras beyond this one as I have previously, but this experience was completely disheartening. I’m not sure if I will want this MDX or any other car from your dealership moving forward. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.
