After the sale when I had problems with my Jeep the dealership told me they couldn't help me and I would have to deal with jeep directly I was left stranded. basically. Like being in a boat Without a Paddle. I wrote a check. The dealer. They happily took that check. And then did very little on my behalf. Said they didn't make any money. They gave all the money to Jeep and so it is between me and Jeep. This is a terrible experience. While the service people are nice. They are just being nice and blowing sunshine and Bubbles at me because they know they're not going to help me with anything. So what is jeep going to do?
