I needed an oil change after racking up 5000 miles. I stopped in a Bob Baker Carlsbad and was Immediately met by service adversor, John Ablao. He was friendly and welcoming. He immediately assigned technician, CJ to my Hellcat who took immediate position of the car. The service was fast. No appointment needed. Thanks

1. The poor service advisor - there was only one working on Saturday when I went to drop off my car? Never seen that before at a dealership- 2. When I did pick up my car, the passenger dash panel was not even fitted to the dash (airbag recall), more or less laying on the dash- I had to fit the panel myself-

When a vehicle is brought in for service, the work should be completed right the first time. When the new Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought in, the hitch cover wasn't painted and needed to be sent out for painting. After picking up vehicle, it was mentioned that having the vehicle while painting the hitch cover was preferred. This should have been known from the beginning, not after picking up the vehicle. Additionally, the mesh net that was in the vehicle at the time of purchase and when dropped off for work, was missing when the vehicle was picked up. Time is important to everyone, need to plan better to complete all work correctly the first time.
