J P, is the best. His knowledge of problems and his ability to correctly diagnose the problem is really good. He makes the customers (in this case me) feel at ease and comfortable in knowing that whatever the problem it will be taken care of properly. He's the reason I'll continue to bring our Subaru into him for any service.

I clearly paid for a tire rotation. And 2 days later; noticed the tires based o. A scratched rim; where CLEARLY NOT rotated.
I called 3x, all with no returned follow up.
And finally was simply offered to credit me. For the service that wasn’t done.... not impressed. Was my oil even changed??? There’s a question!
Either way, not one apology....
