With the wait since Nov 2020. Bike Rack is awesome. Service was great, efficient, and was told I could call if I needed any instructions. Zachary was excellent. So was Hugh our Sales person.

Zach is the most awesome service rep! He takes such special care and concern for my Subaru which is my favorite car ever, especially because Zach as taken such good care of it for me over the years! Norm is Zach’s Service Dept manager, for whom I am soooo grateful. Norm always takes the time to say a warm “hi” and “how have you been, and your mom, too”. just like family.
