I absolutely trust JP and feel that my Outback’s mechanical reliability is well and completely assured each & every time I visit the service department.
Once my first warranty expired on miles, I had every intention of going back to the mechanic who had kept my ‘98 Outback humming along into 2014 (…until I ruined the engine, running out of oil!!) Because of my service relationship with JP, I purchased an extended warranty to 100,000 miles and have continued having JP and Bob Baker service my Outback. Now that I am 7,000 miles out of that warranty, I am still having my Outback serviced at the dealership!
I could save $$ going back to my old mechanic, but because of JP, I’m still here, several years later.
