I've never been too impressed with Robert as my service advisor. I am sure he is a fine man but I don't feel as though he Advocates on my behalf. He suggested a ton of other things that should be done for the vehicle and I asked him if there were any coupons, specials, or any type of discounts and as always he said no I think he suggested roughly $2,000 worth of additional service work which I probably would have agreed to if he offered a 10% discount or something. But as always..... just in a very polite nonchalant matter he is more or less in a take-it-or-leave-it type of attitude so I never feel as though he's on my side or advocating on my behalf. Completely rude , so inconvenient. Was never greated when I got there the first time , the advisor never told me his name until he called me to tell me my car was done . He also told me they close at 6 so I call at 5:40 and they told me they were closed when I was almost there I left work early twice! And when I finally get there I was told to just walk in the office , so I did and stood there for about a minute as he continues to read whatever was so damn important on facebook he then finally acknowledges i’m there. Absolutely the worst dealer I have been to only went because it was close but never again

It was a bit disorganized. I believe Tanner had to go to lunch and I was passed on to someone else. I noticed my car just sat there for a while and finally when I asked what the hold up was they finally took it in. I took it in only because the tire pressure light came on the dashboard right after I had taken it to get serviced a few weeks prior, it seemed like it would be a simple thing to fix. Apparently it was the sensor that needed to be replaced. This all happened while I was talking to a sales man about my upcoming lease expiring, which was another ordeal. Honestly, Bob Baker would get a lot more cars move out of their lot if the process wasn't so lengthy and painful. I love my Subaru, but the most recent experience was not enjoyable at all.

Zach was super helpful and explained everything with regards to what would be the next step in leaving our Subaru Outback to have a battery issue fixed, he even told us about your shuttle service and that made it so nice because I didn’t have to go get my husband from work to take him to get the car. I have never had anyone ever explain how your shuttle service works and I appreciate Zach taking time to explain it. Thanks again for helping us and you fixed the car so fast too. Joyce Ramsey
