Mostly everything was great! The only dislike was that I felt rushed when I asked for a bed cover. The dealer doesn't normally do that, and I was pleased that they worked with the Dodge dealership down the street. However, we didn't take the time to view a PDF or online selection of what the covers were. We ended up receiving the basic level Mopar cover, which is fine-grain, but I would have liked to be more deliberate in the selection. I should of insisted and the salesman should have provided the information. Not to dwell on it, I was very pleased with everything else!! 4/5 ain't so bad!! Thanks.

I was greeted promptly, the service writer understood my problem and advise me to expect a phone call once the cause of the problem was determined. Just as I was told approximately one hour later I received a phone call advising me of the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. They also advised me that the problem was fully covered under warranty. I was also told when to expect my car would be ready for pickup and shortly before the time it was promised I received the call advising me it was ready. 100% satisfied here thank you for your excellent service.

I would give my experience 85/100 due a couple of factors. First let me say that my service writer JP was polite, professional, and mostly attentive. Only mostly attentive because I specifically told him to have the mechanic look at my air and cabin filters and only replace if needed, yet the service order said I had asked they be replaced, which is not true. As a result of this misunderstanding, the filters were replaced and I was charged for them. I suspect this was not necessary because I had replaced both only 2500 miles before (according to my records); I brought this to JP’s attention when I picked up the car and went over the invoice but he said they needed replaced but did not offer to show me the old filters. I am suspicious of this exchange. Secondly, my car was returned with the headlights badly obscured by something that had be thinking they were spilled on from the battery replacement. When I pointed this to JP, he quickly took the car back to “detail” and returned soon with the headlamps clear and bright. This is a quality control issue. Despite these circumstances, I am happy with the work performed and look forward to the continued use of my vehicle.
