I’ve previously had a great experience with the service department but today something felt off. It seemed disorganized, and overbooked. I had an appointment and I still had a 2.5 + hr wait time. In the end, I was the individual who noticed my car was done, not an agent; it was parked yet I hadn’t been called nor had anyone come to look for me. I had waited at the service area nearly the entire time, sans a quick walk at the beginning of my wait. In addition, a guy, who I didn’t catch his name, approached me rather strangely while I was cleaning my car out to leave with service agents. He approached me suddenly from behind, said nothing, he in fact was so close he had to jump back when I abruptly turned around having felt someone’s energy behind me. As I quickly turned about, he jumped back and I had a Pyrex glass container of dry pet food that fell to the ground and shattered everywhere. The guy never apologized, nor did he ever state his business with me. He was not the service agent I ever interacted with and I do not understand Nor did I feel safe in how he approached me and handled the situation. He was reluctant and appeared annoyed that he had to find a broom and dustpan so that the glass would not pierce my tires nor anybody else’s tires. I was very very very uncomfortable with this guy.
