After I had picked up my BRZ to get the engine fixed under the recall notice, I heard a muffled, clicking sound while driving the car. I brought the car back to the dealer the next day, and Julian promptly arranged to have the shop foreman, Eddie, drive with me, who also confirmed the sound. Eddie promised to have the same mechanic look into the problem the next day and found that the purge valve hose was left disconnected during the repairs. I am glad that they were able to fix the problem and appreciated the great team work among Julian, Eddie, and the mechanic who worked on the problem.
