After making an appointment online for a recall issue I was told that I should have not made the appointment online since the parts might not be available. The option should be remove from the site if that’s the case. After checking in the vehicle I was told that a courtesy car wash was available and opted for it. The parts were available and the service performed, all good there. When picking up the vehicle, the car was not wash. I understand is a courtesy service and I wasn’t even expecting to get the car wash. But is a service that should not be offer if is not going to be performed.
