Amazing customer service!! Julian Perez and the entire staff at Bob Baker Subaru went above and beyond to fix a mistake made by a different Subaru service center, with whom they are not associated. Both my husband and I were absolutely blown away by the service we received. Staff were courteous, kind, and helpful from beginning to end. I will never take by Subaru anywhere else but Bob Baker, and will be recommending their site along with Julian as their service provider to friends and family. Wouldn’t accept my warranty on my Subaru Outback I had purchased from Car Max,The reason was that Car Max takes to long to pay for the work,I would have to leave my car at the shop until Car Max paid the bill,He said it could take up to 3 weeks or longer.
