When I showed up for my tire change there was no record of the tires that should have been ordered and Erik had no idea what was going on. When I also expressed that I had gotten approval from a manager to get a rental car since it would take all day, he had no record of that either. Fortunately there was a different set of tires in stock that was able to be put on but the fact that there was no record of anything and that Erik kept asking who I had talked to in parts,service and manager, was not assuring and quite frustrating

Also took my comments about the clutch issues seriously and had me go for a ride with the Service Manager Eddy (?)... who was super knowledgeable and kindly explained how the clutch/brake system works slightly different than previous standard transmissions-and advised me re: best practices using the clutch/stop on the Crosstrek.
