My experience was honestly, so good, that I found myself actually hoping to have a reason for working with you again soon. I usually avoid dealerships like the plague and will sooner run over my own foot than give business to a dealership. My experience was superb. Tanner (and Leah) are great, very helpful. Repairs (recall) were extremely timely. 2 other dealerships in town were WEEKS out and in fact never even called me back to schedule as they said they would.
Free loaner car itself is WORTH THE VISITand business to Bob Baker. I can't emphasize what a value that is. The VW you loaned me was fantastic and an incredible way to whet the appetite and make me really miss my old VW and hope to have a reason to get a new(er) car soon.
Be assured, my next dealership experience will ONLY be with Bob Baker, even if it is a bit of a drive from San Diego.

The people I interact with at Bob Baker are always friendly and professional. And I overall am happy working with you. However, for this past visit, my Subaru Crosstrek had three safety recalls and I was told it would take about five hours to address them. It wound up taking 8 hours. If I had known that, I would have had the shuttle take me home, or at the least, would have brought some lunch. It was a very long day.
