Unprofessional, gave an expected time of completion for three hours and did not communicate until after I called at end of day (7hrs later). Put my call in an unmuted hold while his 'bro' thanked him for 'hooking him up'... Then talked down to me when I questioned the work that was 'recommended'.

Not Covid prepared - removed mask, used pens were not sanitized, sanitizer not available, took credit card by hand...
Needless to say unsatisfied.
