My vehicle had to be kept overnight (rather than the 4-6 hours initially) and Stewart was very concerned for my inconvenience. I appreciated the professionalism and empathy. We don’t see a whole lot of that these days. Will be asking for Stewart for my next services.

Each day I disconnect my battery due to a slow leak. I kept my tools for this on the driver’s side underneath the engine hood near air vent: 1 - Channel lock brand #10 mm combination wrench ( open end / ratchet ) and 1 - Channel lock brand 6” Channel lock adjustable wrench (with my initials “CRG” inscribed on it). I need my tools back!

From the day, moment I called to make an appointment for my 100,000 mile maintenance service, Javier was pleasant, professional and enthusiastic while assisting me. I arrived on 1/21, was greeted by Javier and immediately informed of the new ‘interest free financing’ being offered by Raceway, just implemented the prior evening. I had planned to complete the 100,000 maintenance work over 3 appointments, which had been offered as an option last year. Yesterday, Javier was visibly pleased to share the new option to finance the work and still pay for it in 3 installments while allowing me to have the entire job completed in this single appointment.
I was delighted. I chose to wait, it was a long day but throughout the 7+ hours Javier continued to check on my well being and making me aware of complimentary beverages. My experience with Raceway is always a good one as far as the actual work and speed at which I’m accommodated. My experience with Javier was above and beyond. Thank you. I was pleased.
