I expected a thorough inspection of the total vehicle to assess and recommend issues to address (because you’re supposed to be the experts on this vehicle) not to tell me that the vehicle is not safe to drive (after all, I drove it into your dealership) and that I should take it to a transmission technician (this is your Ford!-if a Ford dealership cannot assess a Ford transmission, who can?). I was totally unsatisfied with my experience at this dealership!

When I picked up my truck, it was damaged with a bunch of scratches and scuffs. now it’s been 3 weeks and the painter in the body shop has had an “emergency” every time I’m suppose to come in to get it fixed. Not to mention I’ve had to go here 3 times to get an update of when my truck will be fixed. This is unacceptable when us as customer spend a lot of money on vehicles and have to bring them in for a recall. I spent 70k on my truck but now I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t be buying from a brand that doesn’t take care of their customers vehicle.
