Not my service writer fault. I was told 20 min for the shuttle, 45 min later I called my daughter, she arrived 30 min later, before the shuttle driver arrived! I brought my truck in for an emissions leak. I had 75546 miles on it paperwork shows 75547 out. It actually had 75553. Who drove my truck 6 miles and why? This is not acceptable! I know it's not a lot but it is the principal of it. Where are the morals? My gas! It did not need a road test! I want a truthful answer...... todd andrews

I left the dealership went on my way after a little time later the air light for my tires went on! Not enough air in.my tires,I was so disappointed! I had to go back...to the dealership on a busy day to get tbis situation fixed..not a big deal unless you don't! Have that kind of time..needless to say it really scared me I was going to have a flat tire before I reached the dealership.. o.k. I'm done venting...????

It wasn’t just Javier, though he was very knowledgeable and helped me. Thomas was also involved wrapping up my visit (Javier had to go to lunch) and another gentleman who came from the back to assist me with another problem. I had recently bought a new IPhone and needed to get it synced to the car screen. He was extremely helpful and I left VERY satisfied with my afternoon experience at Raceway Ford “Quick Lane”.

Him Moore from the vet beginning when I called to let him know about the recall in my car, he asked for my information and he told he will call me back. He wanted to make if he had the part. Five min he calling me again telling me that they have ordered..he called me when he got the part and we made an appointment. He even called me on Friday to remind me of the appointment for Monday. The service was excellent and if I had to go to the dealer again (hopefully not) I will ask for Jim
