Not only with service but I bought a eco boost mustang certified by ford and with only 70250,00 miles the power steering module burned out and Iwas searching on line about this problem with ford and it’s very common this is my firts time buying a ford mustang ecoboost and I am very disappointed with the quality because it cost me$4,147.94 for me this vehicle is semi new and causing this kink of mechanical failure it shows the poor quality of parts ford is installing in it’s vehicles not caring for the customer and its business. I bought this vehicle in 02/16/2025 with 63,450.00znd again I am disappointed.

I took my truck in for sway bar bushing , a bouncy left front tire due to my bushing and ball joints being worn out. I was told the technician will take it for a test drive and see what he thinks which I couldn’t care less what his opinion was because he doesn’t drive my truck so he wouldn’t know what is wrong or not but he did anyway with the conclusion that it seemed fine for a truck like mine and that my tires were over inflated which caused the rough ride. If he knew anything he would know when air heats up it expands inflating the tires. When my tires are cold the are perfectly set to factory specs. After him adjusting my pressure it is now under inflated by 7 in the front and 5 in the back. Also he stated. “ he could not replicate the problem “ which he can’t . The problem exist, I know the bushings and ball joints are cracked because I got under there and visually checked them. It irritated me very much, then to top it off they decided to change the sway bar end links and some other part that I never requested to change but on the paperwork it was made to look like I did which pissed me off. After the change out my alignment was so bad I could barely turn left but I could turn right more than before. My alignment was not corrected till the following Monday which I had to miss a whole day of work for. I checked underneath when I got it back and the sway bar bushings are still there, still cracked, ball joints still cracked and parts brand new that I never wanted changed out. I told Javier I needed the price dropped because it’s seriously **** that after all that my truck is the same. He apologized that the sway bar bushings were missed but in reality everything I said to him was missed as far as the suspension goes. He didn’t listen to me and the tech doesn’t know anything about how suspension even works and I can confidently say that because of his diagnosis notes. He lied because he has no clue what to do. So I guess the parts came in but I’m not having them installed at quick lane because I now do not trust anyone there with my vehicle. My hub caps have been placed face down and scratched pretty bad, I’m missing retaining clips in both fender wells. Complete carelessness and unprofessional diagnosis is what I found to be the norm at Quicklane. Like I said I will never go back there.

August-4, 2025 Thomas effectively researched my Vehicle Maintenance Records and told me exactly when my previous service occurred and made recommendations on what Services my Vehicle needs…. When I questioned him about various Maintenance issues, Thomas responded with thoughtful and informative suggestions. Thomas has a very straightforward and honest approach. Typically I’m very skeptical, but I am impressed with his Integrity- I trust his opinions and Instincts 100%. I have gotten several vehicles from Raceway Ford and all my cars have been serviced there at the quick Lanes or at the main service center. A majority of the time I get excellent Service as always just a few little hiccups here and there. And just found out that you have a cash back program that I could have been on 10 years ago if that's how far it goes back. And a few other discounts that you give which I did not know until today but I guess I'll try again
