I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning at opening. I called back five hours later just to see how much longer it would take for my car to be finished. Once someone finally answered the phone, I was informed the mechanic was on break and he would look at my car as soon as he was back. It made no sense, why five hours later no one had even touched my car. Especially when all my repairs were simple. ( brake lamp replacement, windshield wiper issue & a tire rotation ) It should’ve taken no more than 2 1/2 hours to do, which is half the time I had already waited. I ultimately decided to just come and pick up my car instead of wait any longer. When I got there they only reasoning I was given for my overly long wait was that he assumed he had all day to get to my vehicle.

The staff was friendly. However, I had an appointment at 3pm and my truck wasn’t brought back until 3:30pm. The waiting room was uncomfortably warm and I was told I needed to have work done on my truck to replace a torn CV boot, however my dad is a mechanic and inspected what they claim is damaged and he saw nothing wrong with it except brand new grease all over the axel and brake lines. Not sure why they’re telling me it’s damaged. Not thrilled with how long it took, the heat of the waiting room or telling me the CV boot was torn! Might need to find a different dealership to have my truck serviced.
