Ive been in going to raceway ford for the past two years and Javier always gives optimal customer service. He greets me, explains details and i just feel like I'm with family when he is there. I hope he is getting paid what he deserves because if he's not I may bring him to work for me.

I know the techs at the shop worked as hard as they could, as parts came in. I am really unhappy that the,"one-time-use," bolts took an unreasonable amount of time to secure. I don't believe it should have taken 5 weeks to fix my car, despite the amount of repairs needed. The people at point-of-contact were all great and exceptionally professional and communicative. Part supply availability and speed of arrival was unacceptable.
