I had a great experience getting the oil changed on my Explorer. I was in and out quickly. Mike McFarland was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming in again for all my car services and repairs.

If possible, could a complimentary car wash be included when the vehicle is serviced, especially when a service call or task leaves fingerprints, oil, etc, on the car. To be specific, our right side door has numerous fingerprints on it, and whereas it is not a significant problem, a clean-up would be a nice jester.
