Thomas was very involved in keeping me informed of my service and took care of the little things such as replacing my wiper blades and cabin air filter. He really went the extra mile and I am very appreciative of that. I will come back.

I understand it may be part of policy but I feel 160 dollars for diagnostics is very heavy considering most third party garages do diagnostics for free. I will have to say I’m not satisfied with any of the pricing of service at Ford but that is to be expected when compared to independent garages

Communications were pretty good. I know your employees are busy, but Mark responded in a timely manner. That was very nice! He was very professional and his answers and questions were very specific and detailed. The person who worked on my vehicle did a really good job. There were a couple of this that would've been nice like checking the level of air in the tires, they eere very low because it hasn't been driven for several months. No big deal though, I can do that. There was also a loose cable. I had the smog inspection done as soon as I left your garage. The cable was hitting the fan, so the inspector put it in the appropriate place for me. Other than that, so far so good. Thanks!
