I took my truck in on a Tuesday morning at 8am for a diagnostic. I kept on getting text messages during the week saying, that there were no technician’s available to work on my truck. After 9 days later I received a call saying that my truck was finally ready for pick up, to only find out that my truck was broken and vandalized into and all my belongings including sentimental valuable belongings were gone. Very disappointed in Ford.
