Your team FAILED on every level of professionalism. No communication whatsoever, from your service manager to your service writer even to corporate Ford!!! You guys ****!!!I always initiated contact. You couldn't even call, you guys only ever text! No guts! You didn't even have the decency to wash my car after 2 months in your care. The car came back with trash in the cab from the technicians, fingerprints all over the windows, spiderwebs, just filthy!!! Such a disappointment. We use to be a Ford family!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
