I was told my Vehicle would be done at 1:00. Got there and I was told 1:30. That was still OK, I didn't have to pick up the Grandkids until 2:30. Car was Ready at 2:00, I was late. Tough on 6 year Olds and a 9 year old.

Thomas did a great job fixing the problem with my car quickly. I appreciate him keeping me informed and updated along the way. I can tell he really cares about the customers.

We feel good about taking our vehicles for service at Raceway Ford.

I was satisfied with the service however, I had an 8 o’clock appointment I arrived at 7:58 my car was not taken back to the service bay until 845 it was just for oil change and a tire rotation. This is why I made an appointment for 8 o’clock with the hopes that I would be out within an hour which I was told it should take an hour from the time of check-in but again my car I checked it prior to 8 o’clock and the car was not even checked in until after 845

Let me tell you, it was my privilege as always to bring my beautiful MKZ to Thomas F raser. His competence gives me confidence in his ability to manage the workload and deliver the goods as usual. We should be so fortunate that between himself and the brilliant Eric, they work for us and not the competition. This man is the reason I drive all the way across town to ensure that only the best in the business get intimate with my vehicle. I don’t know how, but each new visit the man seems to have outdone himself in both charisma and professionalism. And I know how tough the auto industry is, I went from lot jockey to writing service tickets myself and then the sales floor at a Quicklane years ago. Thomas is number 1 because I regularly see him navigate things my old colleagues didn’t have the patience to handle. I’ll bet Mike McFarland wishes he had like five Thomases. The other gents are nice. They’re a great team but I have such a massive respect for the consistency with which I feel taken care of at QuickLane. He’s the champ, promote him at once! I’ll be back to spend more of my hard earned cash at a well deserved shop thanks to the positive interactions I’ve encountered at QL. Keep it up! We need more service writers like Thomas, and that’s where he shines. There just aren’t enough like him out there. No exaggeration here, I’ve been on both sides of the desk and his expertise makes slight work of anything I bring to him and Eric. 11/10 rating. 6/5 stars. I’ll be back!

Mark in the service office that helped with my Recall on my Ford Fusion was kika*s!! Very professional, personal, and detailed.Appreciate his hard work and those of the Raceway Ford Techns in repairing my car issues and doing it the time promised. Raceway Ford has the best customer service the best prices I will not ever buy a truck or car any where else or if you service take it to race way. anything on my car serviced except for Raceway ford. I took my truck to have a Tonto cover put on it raceway was very quick and underpriced. I appreciate you guys
