There was a misdiagnosis of the problem, forcing me to go back down to the service department to re-explain the problem. My service guy did a great job at showing care, but it seems that you're technicians have some sort of weakness and identifying a problem. I shouldn't have to go down twice to explain a situation.
All in all, my service representative did a great job it's showing care.
