I gave them a date that I needed my truck back they missed that date and then they promised a new date and then it was a few days after that also. It was just very poor communication and at one point the wrong part came in a box so it would have been done on time but the part was wrong. Edwin did try his best to get me into rental car and provide me with updates It just was not a good experience overall.
