Suggestion: Assign someone to greet customers who are dropping cars off at the service center during peak drop off hours. There were 6+ cars being dropped off but no one to tell them where to park. People just started parking wherever they wanted and it’s a safety issue. Just greet the customer, open their door, and ask them to go inside to check in. More efficient and less frustrated customers.

My appointment was scheduled for 10. After waiting an hour they came to tell me they were behind and it would probably be another hour longer than expected. The guy on the phone when I scheduled my appt said it would take maybe an hour and a half, when i checked in they told me two and a half hours and it took almost three and a half.
