Austin is great! Kept me from a meltdown. Was not happy about being told when I scheduled the appointment On the phone It would take 1 1/2-2 hours and for some reason it took 3 1/2 What is the point of taking appointments if you don’t Schedule the workers accordingly?

The service man was very accommodating. The wait time and cost for an oil change were not satisfactory. I had a flat tire 10 minutes after leaving West Hills Honda (at their complimentary car wash: what’s the deal? There’s a car wash a few feet from them that’s in a better area and not so far out of the way. I’m not saying West Hills Honda or the car wash caused the puncture to my tire, but it could have happened at either place.

You switched service providers in the middle of my service maintenance. Megan had no idea what had happened to my car. It’s not her fault, but because you planned for this kind of switch, my satisfaction was low. She didn’t even know where my car was following maintenance although she said “let me take you to your car“. The car was on the opposite side of the building from where she led me. Again, this is not her fault, it is the fault of those who would switch providers in the middle of maintenance. And this was not a large maintenance But only an oil change. Your management needs to figure this out.
