I requested that full synthetic oil be added. I was given a blend. This is he second time that has happened in 2 weeks. I question the quality of the repairs provided. I was also told that the cabin air filters were dirty. I changed them myself only 3 months ago. It seems that the quality I had expect from you is now is greatly reduced. I have purchased 5 new cars from you over the past 28 years as well as all of my services. I don’t know if I will continue.
