Everything was great with my representative, he was very helpful in going everything with me. I understand that you don’t do the car wash coupons, but I just wish you’d wash the vehicles that you service as there was dirty footprints in it and they weren’t mine. Or at least clean up after yourselves to how you found it. There was broken pieces of plastic left in the back seat.

Nina was fantastic in listening to my concerns that you take show ups over scheduled service customers. My belief is that if you have an appointment, you should take priority over last minute customers. Cars are checked in and stored in the back until they are worked on. I heard an employee tell a lady that sometimes there are walk ins and emergencies are given priority. You are not a healthcare facility. You need to handle it like a hair salon handles walk ins. There is NO reason a scheduled oil change should take 2 hours (I was told that it would be NO MORE than 1 1/2 hours. Nina was very concerned and said she’d pass it on. Please evaluate your practices and get more staff if necessary or. Maybe have 2 lines or put the non scheduled cars in the back over the scheduled.

I realize you are busy, but 3.5 hours for an oil change and buying and installing 2 tires seems excessive. And Max never cane t I tell me any of this, I had ti track somebody down to finally get my car back. Next time I will book an early morning appointment and drop the car off.
