Max was exceptional, saved your service department. Six visits to fix an intermittent window issue which resulted in a broken window and damaged rim. He got it all fixed, kept getting me back in for all the additional work from damage incurred on the Ford lot and then over and over again to, fingers crossed, finally get my driver's window fixed. He was professional, helpful, understanding and tenacious about getting things fixed properly. Great communication, worked hard to fit me into the schedule for every return visit. He saved the day!
