Took longer than expected. I would like to suggest that you have a greeter when your clients come in for repairs, many of us stood around waiting to check in, no one would look up to acknowledge us, some were complaining to me.Garrett was not there when I arrived a little early for my appointment.

Following an oil pump replacement last year, I believe this damage was caused by faulty repairs then. I was told nothing had been scored, so no further inspection was carried out. Now I was forced to replace two scored cams and numerous other damaged metal because of poor lubrication. I always use the highest quality motor oil and change it and filters more than need be. I have Never had scored parts!! And I have been driving & building muscle cars (which the Jeep is not) sine the 70s. Never again! You have seen my last dollar.

I came in today (1/10/2019) with my 2013 Ram 2500 truck to have an OEM Mopar backup camera installed that I bought from your parts department.
I left today paying for 4 hours of installation fees and recieved a camera that doesn't work, a radio that only produces static, and my bully dog tuner (bought from you) doesn't boot up. To summarize, my truck was there from 07:30 am to 5:00 pm and I'd didn't get what I paid for plus I have more problems to deal with.
Now I have to wait two weeks to get all of this diagnosed and who knows how long for your team to troubleshoot the issue.
It's hard to be satisfied when you drop $650 for a service that wasn't provided and caused Kore problems that didn't exhist prior.
I cannot be reached at my cell during the day, however, my wife can and knows the current situation. She can speak on my behalf at ****-****-xxxx.

Email sent from dealership as appointment reminder outlined that warranty updates would be done. Turns out the warranty work was not done because the shop was too busy! Had I known that when I scheduled the appointment, I would have scheduled it for another day. I live on Bainbridge so the dealership is not close. Now I will have to make a special trip for that service.

A lot of issues, first coming in David who took my keys to check the mileage told me he was going to hand me to someone else to complete the intact process, making me wait 10 minutes while I watched him do nothing but fold some paper. Finally get to Kris who seemed slammed with work, and rushed to get me done. Informed me it would take 4 hours, and then there was no perks. I ended up leaving and calling at 2:15pm for an update, because after 2.5 hours I still wasnt getting any calls or updates. She than informed me that it was done but still needed a test drive to make sure. At 3:50pm still no update call and my husband needed the car by 4:30, our appointment was a 11:45am and I showed up at 11:20am. One the way there I get a informal text finally saying the car was done. I get there and half of the inspections paperwork wasnt filled out and she didnt go over it with me. Something that isnt normal for me. I like to keep mental notes of tire pressure and tread, whole area was blank.
