I brought car back for some problem I had before I had the steering dampener replaced among other repairs. Krys was not there today when I picked up car but I rudely asked by a guy with dark hair if I knew I had a balance of $139 due. I replied that I did not think I should be charged since the voicemail from Krys indicated they adj the steering dampener. Rickey who was my old service adviser came over and looked things up and agreed there should be no charge. I didn’t deal with Krys today because Rickey said she was not in.

Everyone was professional and considerate, especially since I arrived on time, but obviously distressed about backing my adorable new car into something a couple days ago, that will now require a repair shop. Staff took a look, and helped me sort out what next steps I can take to restore it to ‘new’. It was a busy day for your crew but they diligently followed up with updates, so I could continue my other full commitments today. Thank you, West Hills team!

3.5 hours for an oil change. Dropped of 2 cars at 11. At 12:30 I asked for an updated. David said they were both being worked on; however, that was not the truth. I have progressive snap shot I a could see my cars were not started until 12:45. 1 hour and 45 AFTER my scheduled appt. David failed to communicate with me with truthful information. I’ve had it with this service department.
