The customer service I received was from tacular, however, I still continue to have issues with my car even after they've tried to fix it twice. I no longer hear the squealing that was present before, but I hear a new noise that sounds like a rattle. It seems every time I come to get service done on my car I leave and find out that the work that was done caused a new problem. It's very frustrating because I used to get 22 4 gallon on my average day around town driving and suddenly I'm down to 15 an oil change and fixing the belts would not have caused this so I don't know what happened while my car was in the shop but now that I have it back it's getting horrible gas mileage there's a rattle noise and it feels like it has no power to it. Again, the customer service was great and I was treated with respect but there is something wrong with my car and it's not getting fixed. I'm a very busy person don't have time to keep coming in to get it looked at yeah, it's supposed to be one and done and I haven't experience that.
