I have never had better customer service in the auto industry than I did when working with Amanda and her team of associates. I will be recommending their services to all my coworkers and friends. 13/10

Towed van in to get new fobs as keys were lost. Specifically asked for no mechanical keys. Once the van was located at the dealership, someone locked the doors. Dustin called to say he was ordering something because van was locked, I got distracted with trying to figure out why it was locked and didn’t catch that it was a key he was ordering. I thought he was calling to tell me the work would take a little longer. He never quoted me a price, he never said it would cost more. My pickup should have taken 5 minutes, but instead I was at the dealership for 45 mins because the first associate I worked with pawned me off on Dustin, but before he did he took a customer call while I was sitting at his desk (after I had already waited in lobby for ten minutes). So I had to wait for that person to get off the phone for him to take me to dustin, who at that time was also on the phone. So I had to wait again.... with a toddler. I suggested to dustin that going forward he should be sure to let people know the cost, that when he quotes a price the person will better understand what is being asked. He instead felt the need to ponder that perhaps the tow truck driver locked the door since it might be their policy. I pointed out that it might also be the dealerships policy to lock the doors of any vehicle sitting overnight in their lot, or perhaps it’s Toyota’s policy to leave unlocked doors in the lot. The policy argument could go either way. I can’t prove who locked my car, but whoever did cost me another $100 for a mechanical key on an already ridiculously priced service (key fob replacement and programming $923 total). What would have mitigated the issue was if Dustin had made out clear that the thing he was ordering was going yep cost me more money. I wouldn’t have been surprised and my wait would have been nominal compared to the ridiculous length it ended up being. Very disappointed in this visit.

Gennifer went out if her way to do a great Service Manager job.She informed me that the buy 3 get one for a buck deal was in for November and that my tires were way old. U agreed with her (safety first) and Bill in Parts helped me Bug Time finding me the best tires for the Tundra. Your Associates there Rock!
